The Director of the Company is John Cousins, who has been providing independent consultancy services for over 15 years.  He has over 40 years' experience in the hospitality industry: in line management; training and development, and in further and higher education both as a lecturer and senior manager.  He holds a range of hospitality craft and management qualifications and also postgraduate business qualifications, which include a Henley MBA.
